Professionals, advocates and community partners serving older adults gathered Aug. 13 at the Parkview Mirro Center for the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program of Northeast Indiana’s fourth annual Summer Symposium, an event focused on education, collaboration and strengthening support for older adults across the region.

‘Power of Together’ Unites Long-Term Care Professionals
The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program hosted their 2nd annual symposium on August 8th, which brought together professionals serving the senior care community. “The Power of Together”, this year’s symposium theme, featured three experts on topics of elder law, mental health, and wellbeing, aiming to educate and encourage those involved in long-term care.
